vibestat is provided as-is under the MIT license. By using the hosted service at vibestat.app you also agree to the points below.

Acceptable use

• Only install the tracker on websites you operate or have permission to operate.
• Do not use vibestat to track users without legal basis in your jurisdiction.
• Do not flood the ingestion endpoint or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not use the audit endpoint against domains you do not own.

Service availability

The hosted service is best-effort with no uptime SLA at the free tier. For guaranteed uptime, self-host (it's a single Docker image).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibestat's authors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version at the top of this page always wins.
